Ordering

1. BASKET OF GOODS

Select the products you want to order by entering the number of sizes you want and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart.
You can change this selection at any time in the shopping cart until you send your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" box or cancelling the order process. If you want to add more items to your shopping cart, this is possible at any time.
By clicking the "Checkout" button you will be taken to the next ordering step.


2. CASH

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you already have an account, please log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. Any other use or disclosure to third parties will not take place. If you are logged in, you can select the shipping method. By clicking the "Continue" button you will be taken to the next ordering step.

3. CHECK BILLING ADDRESS

Now check your billing address. By clicking the "Continue" button you will be taken to the next order step.

4. CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS / SELECT SHIPPING METHOD

Now check your shipping address and enter the desired shipping method. By clicking the button "Continue" you get to the next order step.

5. COMPLETE ORDER PROCESS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Please check that all details are correct and read the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) and the Privacy Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if
you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (check the box). By clicking the button "send order" you send your order to us. This is legally binding. First we confirm the receipt of your order with an automatic e-mail (order confirmation). However, this does not represent a legally binding acceptance of the order by us. A contractual relationship only comes into being with our written order confirmation, which we also send to you by e-mail.

6. RETURN GOODS

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us. Please contact our service staff using the contact form to report your return request. They will send you a return note, which you enclose with the shipment. Please note that your return can only be accepted with a return slip, otherwise your request will not be processed. This does not affect the regulations on the right of withdrawal.
If you have received a defective product and would like to complain about it, please use the contact form to contact our service staff, who will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
