Returning

If you have ordered a wrong product, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please use our return form and return the goods with a parcel service of your choice to the address indicated on the form. Please note that we do not take over the postage costs for a return. If you have received a defective product or if you want to complain about it, please contact one of our employees using our contact form. Here your inquiry will be dealt with individually.
